Robin and Andras are responsible for the different activities at the Reunion Weekend. Please contact them if you have any questions. You can reach them here: R (+41 76 680 16 00), A (+41 76 302 71 99)

ℹ️ Contact Persons: For every activity or booking, there is a dedicated contact person listed on the info page of the event. Please get in touch with that person first, before reaching out to Robin and/or Andras.

🕐 Reasonable Hours: Even though the event managers are organising the event, please keep in mind that they also want to enjoy this weekend — so do not call them after reasonable hours, unless it is urgent.

🎉 Disclaimer: As the Reunion Weekend can get somewhat “wild”, please remember that YES Alumni is not responsible for you — of course, we will help the best we can.

🔈We will make our reservations weeks before the weekend, as it is difficult to book for so many people, so we won't be able to make changes at short notice. If you have chosen the "wrong" activity or restaurant, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will try to make some changes. Keep in mind, however, that we won't be able to accommodate last-minute changes. Especially regarding activities with pre-payment, for example, the hostel, the restaurant on Friday, the Boat Tour or the Brunch on Sunday.
